ORDERS
Ready to Ship items will be dispatched within 4 working days.
Made to order items will be dispatched within 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity of design and production.
If you would like an item for a special occasion or a particular date, please let us know prior to ordering at muditajewelrydesign@gmail.com and we will do our best to meet your needs.
PACKAGING
Each piece of jewelry is individually and securely wrapped and packaged in a branded MUDITA box. For discreet shipping, your package will be posted in an unbranded external envelope.
If you would like to order and ship as a gift please add your gift massage during the checkout process and we will make sure to add it to your package.
SHIPPING
All orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification are obtained.
Ready to Ship items will be dispatched within 4 working days of date of order.
Made to order items will be dispatched within 2-4 weeks of date of order, depending on complexity of design and production.
Please note – All stated delivery times are from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
Domestic Shipping (Israel)- Free (Delivery time estimated 3-7 working days)
International Shipping (Items are available for shipping to the USA, Europe and Australia)- Free (Delivery time estimated- 5- 14 working days)- We will ship with DHL or other Courier delivery.
If you are outside of our delivery zones, please contact us the receive a quote for delivery to your country.
Once we ship your package, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you may monitor the status of your package online.
All shipments are insured.
PRICES
Our items are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Orders will be processed at these prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed within 48 hours and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
All prices are stated in US Dollars. Currency exchange rates and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.
We reserve the right to review our prices at any time.
ONLINE SECURITY
We do not store financial information like credit or debit card numbers on this site. All transactions are handled by an independent secure online payment service provider. We accept payment online by credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) via the secure payment provider, Stripe. Payment can also be made using Paypal.
CUSTOM and DUTY CHARGES
Products shipped outside of Israel may be obligated to charges enforced by local regulation. Therefore, the recipient of the products is responsible for all customs and import duties required for the export of their goods.
Any additional taxes, fees or other charges required to clear the parcel through customs will also be paid in full by the recipient.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As a result, we will be unable to advise or provide any assistance on these processes.
For further information we recommend that you contact your local customs office.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns:
We do our best and hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us at muditajewelrydesign@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt so we can arrange a return.
Please note that returns will be accepted only as long as:
Refunds will be made back to your original payment method within 10 days of us receiving the returned goods. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
We are unable to accept responsibility for return shipping costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We recommend using a fully insured trackable delivery as MUDITA will not be held responsible for the item until it was physically returned to us.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative product, please contact us at muditajewelrydesign@gmail.com within 14 working days of receiving your order.
Please note: bespoke, made to order and altered pieces, made in non-standard sizes or metals are not eligible for refund or exchange.
We are unable to accept responsibility for return shipping costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We recommend using a fully insured trackable delivery as MUDITA will not be held responsible for the item until it was physically returned to us.
The customer will bear any differences in pricing with reference to the new item, as well as bear the new item’s shipping costs, which will not be free of charge in the case of exchanges.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at muditajewelrydesign@gmail.com.
Please note that cancellation can be performed within 48 hours of purchase, only for a “ready to ship” item.

In case you wish to cancel your shipped order, you will have 14 days of your order receipt, in which to contact us and cancel your order, then a further 14 days to return the item to us as outlined in ‘Returns’, above.

FAULTY GOODS
We do our best and closely inspect every piece of jewelry before it is shipped to ensure it is in a perfect condition, but at the unlikely event that you receive an order that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at muditajewelrydesign@gmail.com
We will endeavor to repair faulty items or offer a replacement. In the rare case that this is not possible, we will refund your order in full after the jewelry is physically returned to us.
WARRENTY
Our customers get lifetime warranty on all jewelry purchased from us, for repairing damages or faulty that originate in jewelry production.
During the warranty period, we will replace or repair the damaged parts at no additional charge by the purchaser, according to the policy specified.
This warranty is not valid in cases of direct or indirect damages made by the customer including:
Loss of the jewelry, accidents, breakage of a center stone, alteration of the jewelry, recurring damage to the jewelry out of negligence, exposure of the jewelry to chemicals or liquids with active ingredients.
COLOURS AND OTHER DETAILS
As each piece of MUDITA’s jewelry is crafted by hand, slight differences may occur between the photos on the website and the actual pieces of jewelry.
There may be a slight difference also from other similar items.
Also, as we use only natural stones, we cannot guarantee a uniformity of the stones’ colors or any accurate similarity to the colors as it is shown in the photos on our website.
SIZING
Rings - Please ensure you know the correct ring size required when placing your order.
Some rings are “One of a Kind” items and come only in one size, which will be detailed in the listing description. Please make sure it is your correct finger size before placing your order.
However, some of our rings can be resized. Feel free to contact us for any inquiry on that at: muditajewelrydesign@gmail.com
Necklaces & Bracelets - These are designed and made to our standard lengths, but if you require a specific length, please contact us at muditajewelrydesign@gmail.com and we will do our best to meet your needs. Length adjustments may incur additional costs that will be quoted prior to purchase.
GENERAL- INVENTORY and MISC.
We make efforts to ensure that the information appearing on the website is complete and accurate.
But it will be clarified that if inaccuracies or errors appear in it in good faith, the company will not bear any responsibility whatsoever arising from or related to them.
Once the payment details have been entered on the payment page, a confirmation of receipt of the order details will be sent via e-mail. This confirmation does not oblige MUDITA to supply the products and it only indicates that the order details have been entered on the website.
Approval of purchase is conditional on the product actually being in stock at the time of ordering.
If, for some reason, the product purchased is not in stock (although mistakenly appears as such on the website), and cannot longer be produced; MUDITA will not be obligated to sell this product, and the buyer will not have any claim in this regard.
In such a situation, the transaction will be canceled within 72 hours, and a full refund will be transacted to the payment method in which the item was paid.
If it turns out that the customer’s credit card is not valid or that the credit card company does not respect the transaction or that PayPal (or any other e-wallet service held by the company) does not respect the transaction or the requested product is not in stock, we will contact the customer for the completion or cancellation of the transaction.
